SHIPPING 

Our 'Made to Order' designs are produced as orders are received. Turn around time is usual one to two weeks.  'Stock' items are made, and ready to ship same day - two days.  Please contact us with any stock, ordering, shipping inquiries or special requests.  If you need an item by a certain date, we will try & make it happen!  We usually have more items in stock than listed on the website, please inquire if you are interested.

-We are able to also ship UPS, inquire for prices

-All shipments are from California, the closer you are the faster you receive!

SHIPPING RATES FROM CALIFORNIA

USA USPS Standard Priority Mail -  $10  (1-3 Days)

USA USPS Express -  $30  (1-2 Days)     

International USPS Standard Shipping - $20

International USPS Priority Shipping- $60

RETURNS 

DAMAGES: Cloud Hunter maintains a high level of quality control but will assume responsibility and fix any mistakes with your item.  Please contact us with in 24 hours of receiving. Our policy is 'the customer always comes first.'  We will do our very best to make you happy!

MADE TO ORDER: If you are uncertain about any fabrics, please contact us for available fabric swatches or any questions. We will send fabric samples to you.  Anything made with our silks (not color chart silks) is returnable if no customization has been made (i.e. hem length added or subtracted).  Returns must be in new unused condition.  Items must be returned within two weeks of receiving your purchase. 

CUSTOM:  A custom order is that of one which something in the style, silhouette has been changed or if it is made from a silk from the silk charts (non studio silks).  Custom orders are not returnable.  Before placing a custom color order, I urge customers to first try on the style(s) they are interested in from stock I have.  

RETURNS MADE EASY:  We are able to send return postage to domestic customers.  Postage will be subtracted from the refund amount.  Our postage rates are discounted.  Customers are also welcome to purchase their own postage, but we require a tracking number so we can assure it's safe arrival.
