Because of COVID-19 we are not excepting (most) returns. This is for your and our safety. If you would like to know if an item is returnable before purchase we can let you know. REGULAR NON SALE ITEMS: We will happily accept returns that are not worn, used, damaged or laundered. When you realize you would like to return an item, please email CH at: firstname.lastname@example.org. You have 10 days from the time your package is received to notify us. You may select a refund or store credit. We will send a return shipping label to domestic customers in order to track the package. Shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount. Our postage rates are discounted. If domestic customers use their own labels, we can not be responsible for that returned item. These terms are for your protection to make sure your return is delivered safely to CH. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
SALE ITEMS: All sale items are final sale. Items purchased using discount codes can not be exchanged or returned for store credit as our items are already wholesale priced. We do not have the margins for sale items to be returned.
BEAUTY + HOME: Our beauty and personal products are final sale for customer safety. This includes our protective face masks.
INTERNATIONAL customers must return products by purchasing their own shipping label and providing us with a tracking number.
CUSTOM: Custom items are items with any special adjustment such as color or length. Bridesmaid’s dresses count as custom items made specifically for an event. These items are final sale. Note: we are no longer making bridesmaid dresses.
Cloud Hunter maintains a high level of quality control and will assume responsibility and correct any CH mistake with your item. Please contact us with in 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will do our very best to make you happy!
If you need an item by a certain date, we will try to make it happen. You need to let us know in the notes section at check out or send us an email at email@example.com. There are usually more items in stock than listed on the website. Please inquire if you have a special need.

Eco-Friendly dry-cleaning is suggested for all garments to upkeep garment quality. Silks all need to be dry-cleaned. Non-silk items dry-clean is suggested.
